π¨ BIG Changes to Executive Condos (ECs) in Singapore! πΈπ¬π‘
The government has announced major new EC rules aimed at keeping ECs affordable for genuine homebuyers instead of investors.

EC Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) increased

EC becomes fully private only after

First-timer quota increased

Priority for first-timers extended

β Deferred Payment Scheme (DPS) removed
(Buyers can no longer delay the bulk of payment until TOP)
