Singapore has announced major changes to Executive Condominium (EC) policies, including a longer 10-year Minimum Occupation Period (MOP), increased first-timer priority quota to 90%, and the removal of the Deferred Payment Scheme (DPS). The new measures aim to keep ECs affordable for genuine homebuyers and reduce speculative investment demand in the EC market.
