I’m a realtor with more than 15 years of experience in Singapore’s real estate industry, dedicated to helping my friends, family, and clients upgrade their homes and strategically prepare for retirement through informed property decisions. My journey into real estate was shaped by observing my family’s experiences, some who upgraded to bigger HDB flats and others who moved into private properties. I witnessed the significant difference in their property growth, despite all starting from humble beginnings.

For example, my parents sold their HDB flat and moved to a larger one. While there was nothing wrong with this decision, if they had received different advice, they could have upgraded to a private property in the 1980s, where the price gap wasn’t much different. Today (2024), their HDB is worth around $500,000, but if they had held onto a private property, its value would likely be at least double that amount, allowing them to retire comfortably.

I am always happy to guide my clients in making decisions that not only build their capital but also secure their future through real estate. I believe that every property transaction should contribute to a stronger financial foundation and a secure retirement plan.
